Istisna Forward Ijara
Istisna is a sales contract whereby a manufacturer agrees to deliver a made-to-order asset at a pre-determined future time, at an agreed price.
Forward Ijara is a lease, in which we acquire the asset under an Istisna Sale Contract with the asset manufacturer. (The asset is yet to be constructed at the time of signing the contract).
After the asset is constructed, NBF Islamic transfers usufruct of the asset to your business against rentals.
