To register your company for NBF Direct, you need to do the following:
Complete the online corporate registration corporate registration form. This consists of various sections in which you define your accounts, users and the level of access required. The transaction authorisation section must be completed in line with your existing board resolution or mandate maintained with NBF. The form needs to be duly signed and stamped by the person(s) who have signed your existing board resolution or mandate. Refer to our help section or view the sample form which illustrates how the form should be completed.
Ensure that the legal agreement is signed and stamped by the same person(s) who has/have signed your existing board resolution or mandate.
