To communicate with NBF electronically, use our secure online banking platform on NBF Direct.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Never leave your computer unattended:<\/strong>\u00a0After completing your banking tasks, end your web sessions by logging off.<\/li><li><strong>Be wary of how much personal information you post online:\u00a0<\/strong>When visiting social networks, remember that sharing information such as your birth date, phone number, email address, location and photos can put your identity at risk.<\/li><li><strong>Never write down PINs and passwords:<\/strong>\u00a0memorise them instead.<\/li><li><strong>Configure alerts:\u00a0<\/strong>Ask NBF to set up SMS\u00a0 alerts to notify you of any changes to your account in terms of added beneficiaries and transactions.
